I also believe he cares about people. My two cents..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-34598920793216523682008-09-15T16:25:00.000-05:002008-09-15T16:25:00.000-05:00Bush did get some important things right and does ...Bush did get some important things right and does deserve some credit. Furthermore, his administration is not the fount of all evil that it has been made out to be. Don't get me wrong, he screwed up on some fairly major points too, but then so have all of our other presidents--I simply do not believe he deserves all the acrimony and derision accorded him. IMHO (so mote it be), he was mediocre at best, and mediocre at worst.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-27106898907740000322008-09-13T05:39:00.000-05:002008-09-13T05:39:00.000-05:00Being caught in a place where I don't really fit i...Being caught in a place where I don't really fit into any 1 political profile, I really liked this post. I don't like Bush, but I like that I see someone commenting on something he did well instead of focusing on all he did poorly.johnny ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07048238351312595710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-34749145788011048732008-09-12T21:17:00.000-05:002008-09-12T21:17:00.000-05:00You just gotta know that there are many of us who ...You just gotta know that there are many of us who have soldiers, sons and daughters, fighting for our freedom and our safety. I have one, just finished his duty, one deployed for 15 months, leaving behind a wife and two sweet little guys, and another son,22, who will be enlisting, Special Forces, in November. I am more proud of my country than ever and more proud of GW than anyone could imagine. Sometimes when our lives aren't physically touched by war we don't understand completely the sacrifices. Many comment, few serve. Our troops need to know we are in full support of what they do, they are living in the trenches of danger every minute of every day. My son has been to Afghanistan, which is far worse than Iraq. Honestly, we will never know the all the good GW has done for this country because we only hear all "garbage" the liberals want us to hear.12-arrowshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07470394281683494210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-71276391385312805202008-09-12T20:03:00.000-05:002008-09-12T20:03:00.000-05:00Jasmine,You should have read my first response tha...Jasmine,

You should have read my first response that I deleted because even I thought it was a little much.

RRobb Ryersehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02701156780977117796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-38408587393653169022008-09-12T19:10:00.000-05:002008-09-12T19:10:00.000-05:00Dear Jesus,Thank you for giving me a pastor with...Dear Jesus,

Thank you for giving me a pastor with so much more beautiful flowering sarcasm than I could ever have dreamed of or prayed for.

Amen.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-63906415243826551412008-09-11T20:27:00.000-05:002008-09-11T20:27:00.000-05:00Your bringing that up, I'm sure, not to take a pol...Your bringing that up, I'm sure, not to take a political pot shot at the President, but because it has A LOT to do with what the President has done to ensure national security since 9-11.Robb Ryersehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02701156780977117796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-16443028241576500552008-09-11T20:20:00.000-05:002008-09-11T20:20:00.000-05:00Cocaine usage back in them early days has impaired...Cocaine usage back in them early days has impaired shrubs ability to lead for sure.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007160.post-86491710132236138672008-09-11T18:33:00.000-05:002008-09-11T18:33:00.000-05:00Excellent article as usual, Robb.
