The Bachelorette

I can't believe I am about to admit this, but ... Vanessa and I watched the season premier of The Bachelorette, and so, here we sit watching the second episode as well. This is a great show to make fun of! Here are some thoughts:

First, Febreeze, the frenchie - "he smells nice."

Second, one of the virgins, I can't remember his name ... he keeps talking about how Jen needs a warrior. Am I the only one who thinks he has read some Wild At Heart?

Third, Jen chose all the ugly guys last week - which was pretty funny.

Fourth, the stalker - Stu - is too easy to make fun of. But I will probably end up doing it anyways.

"I've been given a warrior's heart, and I am going to live from that heart. She needs a lover and warrior. My life is my legacy."

Oh ... that is too good.

Dude ... you are there for a girl, not an autograph. He's gone.

"I buried my mom with mine. I am wearing hers. And now you have one." He's gone.

I am a man who will fight for your honor. I'll be the hero you've been dreaming of... whoo hoo, she picked virgin Josh the warrior.

Who thinks that Stu is going to kill Jen? I do.

Ok, in the spirit of confessing about shows we probably shouldn't waste our time watching. No we don't watch the bachelorette. However, we have become hooked on Desperate Housewives. When it first started to be advertised I thought it was a horrible show. Humorously enough, two wives of community pastors at the church confessed to us that they watch it. So we watched one week out of curiousity. That was all it took.
