Phil Savage the New GM

Now for a head coach. I tend to think that the hiring of Savage from Baltimore gives Jim Fassel the inside track. Part of me hopes they act fast, while the other part of me hopes they wait until all of the firings are done. A proven winner (Holmgren, Fassel, Art Shell, Shanahan) is needed.
