The Judicial Nominee Fight Starts Up Again

The Constitution requires that judicial nominees be confirmed with a simple majority. The Democrats' fillibuster of nominees is unconstitutional and wrong. It is not only unfair to the nominees, but also to the American people who deserve a full and activist-free judiciary. I am glad this fight is not over.

And by the way, this issue is one of that main ones that "moral values" voters care about! Howard Dean, are you listening?
