A Nuclear Deal?

What's the deal?

Democrats are allowing votes on 3 nominees and are reserving the right to block others. Republicans are not changing the rules, but they could in the future.

So ... what's the deal? Who caved here? Who won?

Republicans are getting three of the more conservative justices on the bench. But what about the others?

Democrats are keeping their unethical fillibuster, but they are giving in on at least three judges.

Because Harry Reid and Bill Frist weren't involved in this deal, this issue is not over ... just postponed. All this "deal" does is delay the inevitable, especially because not all of the nominees were are of the "compromise."

Oh, and John McCain wants to be President so badly! It's kind of painful to watch.
