A couple of comments about this ...
First, aren't liberals supposed to be the most tolerant among us, never doing anything that might offend a segement of our population? And isn't Ralph Nader the most liberal of us all? Where is the open-minded tolerance and sensitivity?
Second, how can Al Sharpton give him a pass? If a Republican ... or Ed Koch, apparently ... had said this, there would be hell to pay. But Democrats don't stand on principles; they simply protect their own in an attempt to amass power.
