Once Again, the WIll of the People Is Thwarted by a Federal Judge

And I'm not talking about the Pledge of Allegiance. I am talking about the partial-birth abortion ban that the people of Michigan enacted through a people's override of the Governor's veto. We helped that effort here in Ithaca, filling several petitions. Judicial activism remains out of control.
