This Is Deplorable

Congressman Willie Jefferson used National Guardsmen to visit his own home and retreive his personal belongings, tying up troops (and a helicopter) for nearly two hours, while people were waiting to be rescued from their rooftops. He's got a version of the story, but this is deplorable!
