The Top 50 Books That Have Shaped Evangelicals

This is an interesting list from Christianity Today as they celebrate 50 years of evangelicalism. Though I cringe at calling myself an evangelical, so many of these books have shaped me:

1a. The God Who Is There - Francis Schaeffer
1b. The Cost of Discipleship - Dietrich Bonhoeffer
1c. What's So Amazing about Grace - Philip Yancey
1d. The Purpose-Driven Life - Rick Warren
5. Celebration of Discipline - Richard Foster
6. Desiring God - John Piper
7. Scandal of the Evangelical Mind - Mark Noll
8. Mere Christianity - CS Lewis
9. Knowing God - JI Packer
10. Knowledge of the Holy - AW Tozer

I have read others on this list, but these are the top ten (in order) that have been most formative for me.
