Separated at Birth?

Is it just me or does the Browns' new GM, Phil Savage look EXACTLY like the Browns' old elf logo? It is as if they were trying to create a mascot for the team based on Savage, and the elf is what they came up with. Uncanny. I hope it is a good omen!
